Kyle Shimmon, as Sommelier of Alimentum restaurant works with Chef Patron Mark Poynton to deliver a wine list that complements Alimentum’s vibrant, modern menu.
We work closely with our incredible wine supplier Anthony Byrne, who offers a range of different and exciting wines. Tastings are arranged on a weekly basis in order to keep the wine list updated and seasonal.
Anthony delivers rare, interesting and often exclusive wines to Alimentum, most of which find their way onto the list.
